Sacramento Valley Shetland Sheepdog Club

If you have, want to have or just love Shelties, this is the place to be.

The Sacramento Valley Shetland Sheepdog Club is an active group that hosts conformation shows, agility, rally and herding trials.

Our club members participate in Sheltie events throughout the Sacramento Valley and afar. They represent the breed and answer questions at public events, dog shows, agility and herding trials, and gather at a summer picnic, plus harvest and holiday gatherings.

We hold membership dinner meetings on the fourth Sunday of each month at which information about Sheltie care, events and accomplishments is discussed. The club's monthly newsletter is a treasure trove of great info on caring for Shelties and upcoming Sheltie happenings.
